Dear son of the late Salvatore and Virginia Noto. Dearest husband to Sandra Noto. Beloved father to Andrew (Rebecca) Noto and Jennifer (Zig) Piwowarski. Cherished grandfather to Alex and Evan Piwowarski, Drew and Max Noto. Dear brother of Kathleen (William) Gertken and Mary Ellen (William) Mulcahy. Mr. Noto was a former member of the St. Charles County Fire Board, former member of American Legion Post #444 in Florissant, former member of the Democratic Club.
