Jay B. Humphrey

Humphrey, Jay B., of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, died on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Marion Humphrey; beloved son of the late Orman and Edith Humphrey; devoted father of David (Dawn) Humphrey and Jay (Tammy) Humphrey; cherished grandfather of Kayla Humphrey and DJ Humphrey; dear brother of Susan Cook. Jay was the smartest and toughest man they knew, and he will be greatly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his daughter Carole Sandra Humphrey and his granddaughter Rena Slaughter.
Jay proudly served his country and retired from the U. S. Army after 20 years of service. He and his mother loved to play Bridge, they both achieved the esteemed title of Gold Life Master Bridge Player.
