Jean Ann Chandler Winsor (nee Jovanovic), of St. Peters, MO, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at the age of 80. Loving wife of the late Monroe Winsor; beloved daughter of the late John and Margaret Jovanovic; devoted mother of Jane M. (Steve) Jackson, Kenneth D. (Margaret) Chandler, and John E. (Deborah) Chandler; cherished grandmother of Joseph D. (Lisa) Chandler, Julia M. (Rodney) Craig, Jarrod M. (Crystal) Chandler, Jeanette M. (Antoine) Brouard, Michelle J. (Thiago) Barbosa, Rebecca A. (Marcus) Carpenter, Kenneth David Chandler, and Andrew B. (Elizabeth) Chandler; treasured great-grandmother of 13; dear sister of Janice Smith; beloved sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend.
Jean was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and was a member of Rural Letter Carrier Association. Jean worked for the United States Postal Service for many years. She was known for her great generosity. After retiring from letter carrying, she was a driver for Meals on Wheels in the St. Peters Area. Jean is remembered for being a Girl Scout Leader for many years. She enjoyed and was an avid card player, Jean especially enjoyed playing a game of Bridge. Jean was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
