Jean Kay (nee Dodd), of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at the age of 83. Devoted mother of Patty (Kirk) Lindell and Tammy (Dave) Buehrle; loving grandmother of Kayla and James; treasured great-grandmother of Alejandra; dear sister of Martha (Thomas) Wooten, Paul (Faith) Dodd, Betty Garner, and Jewell Bissey.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, King Floyd and Ella Dodd; and her siblings, Cecil Dodd and Blanche Kleinschmidt.
Jean was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Saint Charles. She also belonged to the St. Louis Red Hat Society and St. Charles Rose Society. In her spare time, she enjoyed tending to her garden, cooking, and shopping. Jean was deeply loved and will be missed greatly by all who knew her.
