Jean Strong

In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred or Trinity Hospice. Jean Strong (nee: Inchiostro), O'Fallon, Missouri, fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church, November 9, 2006, age 92. Beloved wife of 32 years to Woodrow ''Woody'' Strong and preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Gregg; loving daughter of the late John and Jennie Parino Inchiostro; dear sister of Helen Masson (Earl)and the late John, Joseph and Ross Inchiostro, Sylvia Carrabino, Frances LaFata and Esther Burrafato. Jean had no children but was blessed with many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, each and every one of them. Jean was formerly of St. Louis, Missouri. She was a waitress for 60 years. Her favorite restaurants were Rose's Italian Restaurant, St. Louis, Missouri and Giuseppi's Restaurant in St. Louis where she last worked. Jean was a former Harvey Girl and worked at Union Station, St. Louis for 10 years.
