Jeanette “Jay” Berdak

Berdak, Jeanette "Jay", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the age of 81. Loving wife of the late Sylvester Berdak; beloved daughter of the late Alfred and Nellie Breuhan; devoted mother of Keith Berdak, Kim (Don) Golaszewski, Kevin (Annette) Berdak, Lori (Matt) Miller, Scott (Geri) Berdak and Susan (Dan) Whitcomb; cherished grandmother of Erin, Chris, Ryan, Maggie, Shemaiah, Kyle, Kathleen, Erik and Victoria; treasured great-grandmother of Landon, Caitlin, William and Kinlee; dear sister of Alice, Dolores, Cathy, Toni and Marie. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bob Breuhan. Jeanette was a woman who touched many lives by her love and actions. She will be remembered for her baked goods, especially gooey butter cakes, her iris gardens, and her devotion for animals. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
