Jeff Schulte

Jeff Schulte of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018, at the age of 57. Beloved husband of almost 39 years to Phyllis Schulte; cherished son of Robert "Bob" and Ann Schulte; devoted father of Jessica (Jamie McNamee) Healy, Sara (Mike) Lewis, Carmen (Kyle) Sheppard, and Maggie (Paul) Brown; loving grandfather of Jude, Annie, Izzy, Ben, Gabby, Hannah, Sam, Emily, Wyatt, Gracie, and Baby Brown on the way; and dear brother of Mark (Tina), Keith (Cindy), John (Jenn), and Beth (Bob).

Jeff was a member of Immaculate Conception Church of Old Monroe. He was very dedicated to his career as a talented carpenter and craftsman and he took pride in his work at Schulte Construction. As well as working with his hands, he also enjoyed the outdoors and spent as much time as he could hunting and fishing. Jeff will be remembered for his deep love as a fabulous husband, caring father and father-in-law, a treasured Papa, and amazing son, brother, and friend. He never met a stranger and loved to talk to everyone that crossed his path. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Jeff’s memory.

The family extends an invite to their friends to join at Old Monroe Picnic Grounds for a casual gathering to share in stories and further honor Jeff’s memory after services.
