Jeffrey B. Peters

Peters, 37, of St. Peters, MO and formerly of Mondovi, WI, passed away Monday Novmeber 5, 2001 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Clair, WI. He was born on January 11, 1964 in St. Louis, MO to August and Ruth (Cordia) Peters. Jeff was a graduate of Pattonville High School in Maryland Heights, MO and attended St. Louis Community College. He married Leanne Helwig on May 17, 1996 in St. Louis, MO. They lived in rural Mondovi, WI and he was employed by Hutchinson Technology and later by Wicks Lumber Co. in Eau Claire, WI from 1998 until returning to St. Peters, MO in 2001. He attended Evanger Lutheran Church, rural Independence, WI. Jeff is survived by his wife, Leanne Peters of St. Peters, MO; two children: Ryan Peters and Jamie Peters at home; his mother: Ruth Peters of St. Charles, MO; one sister: Tina (John) Fink of St. Charles, MO; his mother-in-law and father-in-law: Lea (Calve') Helwig of Mondovi, WI and two brothers-in-law: Chad (Lisa) Helwig of Mondovi, WI and Carey Helwig of Mondovi, WI; one niece and 6 nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
