Richter, Jerileen L. of Saint Charles, MO, died on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at the age of 83. Beloved daughter of the late Carl and Mildred Richter; dear sister of Carol Jean (Phil) Royer and the late Kathleen (Albert) Carpenter; and cherished aunt of Ken Royer, Mark (Tammy) Royer and Harold (Rita) Carpenter.
