Dear son of Jerry Chester Barrett, Sr. and Constance "Connie" L. Barrett (nee Grundel), loving father of Norma Ray Barrett and Jerry Chester Barrett, III; formerly the loving husband of Cindy Barrett; dearest Papa of Chloe Barrett; loving brother of, Cindy (Tim) Lehnhoff, Janet (Gary) Meinecke, and Jackie (Tony) Reidelberger; cherishsed grandson of Ray and Nellie Volner. Dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to all who knew him.
