''Bo'', St. Peters, MO, July 3, 2006 age 86; dearest husband of Frances M. Bowman (nee: Rikard), son of the late Jesse B. and Mandy Bowman; dear brother of late David Bowman, 5 step-brothers and 1 step-sister. Bo is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Bo was a Life member of VFW Post 2866; he served in the US Army where he earned 3 Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart. He played professional baseball for the Kansas City Blues and was called up by the New York Yankees. Bo worked for the Wabash & Norfolk Southern Railroad Lines for 34 years until his retirement. After retirement he worked at St. Charles, MO Country Club, where he also enjoyed playing golf.
