Jessie Frances Diehr (nee McCoy), of St. Charles, Missouri, born September 20, 1910, to Hattie F. (nee Montgomery) and Charles A. McCoy, died Monday, April 20, 2009, at the age of 98. Dear wife of the late Paul F. Diehr; loving mother of Joyce E. (Dr. Thomas) Schneider and Karen E. (Robert) Oelschlaeger of St. Charles; treasured grandmother of Lisa (Dr. Timothy) Delicath, Dr. Thomas (Susan) Schneider, II, Dawn (Jay Ross) Schneider, Tracy (Stuart Allen) Schneider, Dr. Tiffany (Kevin) Tibbs and Kimberly (Major Davis) McElwain; cherished great-grandmother of Viki, Tad and Cassie Delicath, Sydney and Trey Schneider, Curtis and James Ross, Rachel and Allison Tibbs; Evan McElwain and Baby McElwain due in August. She is preceded in death by her brothers Edward, Floyd, Ernie and Delmar McCoy, and her sister, Marie (Reuben) Martin. Mrs. Diehr was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, former member of the St. John U.C.C. Birthday Club #6 and a member of St. Joseph Health Center and West Hospital Auxiliary.
