Meyer, Jewel E., (nee: Williams) of St. Charles, MO, died on Friday, May 1, 2015, at the age of 83. Loving wife of the late John Meyer; beloved daughter of the late Percy and Florence "Flossy" Williams; devoted mother of Cindy (Gary) Cooper, John "Bows" (Teresa) Meyer, Rocky Meyer, Ted (Kim) Meyer, Juliana (Bill) Roth, Bonnie Roeder, Carlin (Rich) Chiodini, Daniel (Cathy) Meyer, and Jim (Sue) Meyer; cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many '¦I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore'¦ Genesis 22:17; and loving aunt of 8. She is preceded in death by her brother Jim Williams.
