Jim Summers of Saint Louis, MO, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2018, at the age of 66. Loving husband of the late Gloria Summers; cherished son of Wanda and the late J.T. Summers; loving father of Christina (Deantez) Jack; loving grandfather of Abigail Gerlt and Coburn “C.J.” Gerlt; and dear brother of Dennis (Connie) Summers and Diane, Brenda, and Lisa.
Jim was a talented wood burner and loved to create pieces of art all the time. When he wasn’t practicing his art, he was always volunteering his time and helping in any way he could. He enjoyed helping those in need, regardless of the situation. Jim was also an avid St. Louis Cardinal’s fan. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in James’ name to the Blind Society.
