Jimmie Less Johnson

Jimmie Less Johnson, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Annette (nee Hesser) Louise Theresa Johnson; beloved son of the late Leroy and Ora (nee Lee) Johnson; devoted father of Rochelle (Noal) Roos, Anthony (Jacqueline) Hesser, Russell (Lauren) Hesser, Floyd (Elizabeth) Edwards, and Lloyd Edwards; cherished grandfather of 13, great-grandfather of 12, and is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Preceded in death by six siblings.

Jimmy served his country with pride as a United States Marine. He had a deep passion for Jazz and Blues music and enjoyed watching Westerns. His presence was cherished, and he will be profoundly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
