Jimmie W. Dunn, St. Peters, Missouri '“ Passed away on July 24, 2014. Jimmie Dunn was born on November 27, 1941 to parents Clifford and Minnie Lee Dunn of Reyno, Arkansas.
Jimmie married Ruby Davis of Poplar Bluff, MO on August 12, 1961. The children of Jimmie and Ruby Dunn are first son Steven, second son Clifford, and daughter Debbie.
He is survived by his wife Ruby; children Steven (Rita) Spurlock, Clifford (Gail) Dunn, and Debbie (Vance) Light; grandchildren Steven Spurlock Jr., Jimmie Spurlock, Joshua Spurlock, Aaron Spurlock, Chelsi Dunn, Mariah Maynard, Emily Dunn, Christopher Dunn, David Dunn, Clifford Dunn Jr., Todd Kirchner Jr., Ashley Kirchner, Jacob Dunn, and Madalyn Dunn; great grandchildren Jayden Spurlock, Aiden Spurlock, Aaron Spurlock Jr., Cole Dunn, Eli Dunn, Aubrey Dunn, Chloe Dunn, Trinity Dunn, and Loki Smith; siblings Jack Dunn, Betty (Chuck) Woods, and Jean Johnson; and many other relatives and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Katherine Barcliff, Harry Dunn, Harold Dunn, Cassie Fields, and Donnie Dunn.
Jimmie was a retired employee of General Motors with 30 years of service. He was an ordained minister for 50+ years in the ministry. He has preached over 200 revivals, pastored 8 churches, and preached at many camp meeting and conferences during his ministry.
