Jimmy  Jacobs formerly of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the age of 83.His is survived by his loving brothers: Larry Jacobs and Stanley  Jacobs; his cherished nieces and nephews: Robin  Keepes, Aimee Long, Beth  Carmon, Mike Jacobs and Scott Jacobs; and many dear friends in the St. Louis region.

Jimmy was preceded in death the love of his loving wife Carolyn Jacobs; beloved parents Donald "Buck" & Marian Jacobs; and a sister Sharon Meyers.

Jimmy graduated from Missouri School for the Deaf in Fulton, Missouri, he enjoyed his time there and was especially fond of playing sports, namely basketball and football. When he was just 24 Jimmy married the love of his life, Carolyn. Despite their hearing challenges he and Carolyn were graceful dancers and truly made the most of their time together. They enjoyed many happy years together prior to her death in 2014. Jim was a hard worker and retired  from Boeing after 30 years of dedicated service. Jim always found a way to make people laugh, he  loved animals, but he loved his family most, especially his nieces & nephews Jimmy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Jimmy's name to American Heart Association or American Lung Association.

Private Services will be held and Jimmy will be laid to rest at St. Charles Memorial Gardens with his cherished Carolyn.
