Joan Annette Tunstall

Rockfield Tunstall, Joan Annette of Maryland Heights, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at the age of 56. Beloved wife of Stephen Tunstall; cherished daughter of Elizabeth Oppermann and the late John Barr, II; devoted mother of Darrel Rockfield, Jr., Brittany Rockfield, and Stephen J. Tunstall; dear sister of Victor (Karen) Dollar, Timothy (Sharon) Dollar, and John Barr, III; daughter-in-law of Leon and Doris Tunstall; and cousin, aunt, and friend of many.
Joan was a former owner of Missouri Bottom Gun Range and an avid Car and Gun enthusiast. In her free moments she volunteered with PAWS, Boy Scouts, and Girl Scouts. She also enjoyed taking scenic drives and adoring babies. Joan was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made to Make a Wish Foundation or St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
