Joan Brendal

Brendal, Joan (nee: Weber), of St. Charles, MO, died on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at the age of 69. Beloved daughter of Jeanne Weber and the late Henry Weber; devoted mother of Tracy (Jim) Smoot and Matt (Rebecca Mullinnix) Fitzgerald; cherished grandmother of Jacob (Kelsey Michael) Fitzgerald, Kayla Fitzgerald, Kassady Fitzgerald, Peyton Fitzgerald, Kyle Smoot, Jena Smoot; dear sister of Janice (Michael) Kelly; loving companion of Bill Stickford; and best friend of Vicki Grunow. Joan is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and dear friends.

Joan worked for Avon for over 35 years, retiring at the age of 59 as an Avon District Manager. She enjoyed shopping, reading, embroidering, traveling, exercising, and collecting shoes. Joan had a very youthful demeanor, defying her age, and was seen as an energetic motivator. Most especially, she loved spending quality time and creating memories with her family and friends.
