Rodgers was born March 12, 1935 in St. Louis Missouri to Everett ''Bud'' and Virginia Crawford. Joan was a steadfast care taker. She nurtured everyone she loved and everything she encountered down to the beautiful flowers in her yard. She enjoyed relaxing in her pool and was as warm as the sun she enjoyed so much. Her talkitave welcoming nature will be missed dearly. Her Catholic religion gave her much comfort. She was proud of her supervisor position as a Democratic election judge. Above all she found her greatest joy in raising her kids and adoring her grandchildren. She is survived by her parents of St. Louis Missouri, her loving husband, Bill of Lake Saint Louis Missouri, one son, Michael Rodgers (Beth) of Woodson Terrace Missouri, one daughter, Karen Bosler (Mike) of Foristell Missouri, three Granddaughters, Aimee, Alix, and Danielle, two sisters, Mary Smith (Jim) of Webster Groves, and Peggy Price (Dan) of Texarkana Texas, and three brothers, Ken Crawford (Donna) of Fenton Missouri, Terry Crawford (JoAnn) of Florissant Missouri, and Don Crawford of Barnhart Missouri. She was a loving aunt and dear friend to many.
