Joan Phillips

Joan Frances Phillips (nee Moeller), age 88 of Saint Peters, Missouri, October 11, 2017.  Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Phillips; daughter of the late Joseph and Clara Moeller; devoted mother of  Pam (Gerald) Thornhill and Linda Hacker; loving grandmother of Gary Crews, Stephanie (Tim) Lottmann, Katherine (Ron) Hunter, Michael Thornhill, and Natalie (Scott) Fisher; treasured great-grandmother of Lee, Bailey, Amelia, Bryce, Grant, Alexis, Jake, Samantha and Cayden. Joan is preceded in death by her granddaughter Tracy Crews and sister Rose Tettenhorst.

Joan was born in Richmond Heights, Missouri. She loved puzzles, being with her family and reading romance and mystery novels. Joan was deeply loved and will be immensely missed by all who knew her.
