Joann R. “JoJo” Mitchem (nee Hudson) of Bloomsdale, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at the age of 62. Beloved wife of the late David Curtis Mitchem, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late William Hudson, Sr. and Ruth Hudson; devoted mother of Tania (Chris) Prater and David C. (Debbie) Mitchem, Jr.; loving grandmother of Kaitlyn Prater, Cheyenne, Abigail, Brenna, and Kyleigh Mitchem and David Wachter. Joann is preceded in death by her siblings Shirley Webb, Sandy Winch and Bill Hudson.
Joann enjoyed watching NASCAR and wrestling matches on TV. She was dedicated to her family and cherished the time spent with them, especially her grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
