Joanne J. Kroeger

Joanne J. (Procter) Kroeger, age 82, of St. Charles, MO passed away peacefully Saturday, November 28, 2020. She was born November 10, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois. She moved to St. Louis with her parents and siblings when she was a teenager. She married the love of her life, Kenneth W. Kroeger Sr. in July 1958.

She is survived by her three children, Kathy Arthur, Kenneth W. (Michelle) Kroeger Jr., and Beth (Hans) Fahnestock. Grandchildren, Kayla (William) Carns, Anna Kroeger, Jennifer (Michael) Conway, and Paul Arthur. Great-grandchildren, Adalynn Carns and Henry Conway. Brother Loren G. (Cheri) Procter. Sisters-in-law, Annette Channel and Evelyn Boyer and brother-in-law, Michael (Dot) Kroeger. As well as many nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. Kroeger Sr., in 2001. Her parents, John and Birdie Procter, brother John Procter Jr., son-in-law Richard Arthur, granddaughter Krystal Sweeney, and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Joanne was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the St. Louis Humane Society.
