Rev. Joe L. Fiorino

February 18, 1936 — July 18, 2022

Wentzville, MO

Rev. Joe L. Fiorino, of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 18, 2022, at the age of 86. Loving husband of Dawn C. Fiorino; beloved son of the late Joseph T. and Nina Fiorino; devoted father of Gary Fiorino and Laura Ann (Dave) Adams; cherished grandfather of Alessandra (Dillon) Stites and Sophia Li Xue Fiorino; dearest stepfather of Sophie Bosslet, Michael (Jane) Heavens, Donald (Judy) Cozart, Ronald (Jeannie) Cozart, and Misty Cozart; step-grandfather of eight and step-great grandfather of 13. Joe was also preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred Darlene Fiorino, and his brothers, Bernard Young, Jack Young, and Raymond Young.

Joe was an evangelistic minister and was ordained when he was just 11 years old. He worked at United Pentecostal Church International World Headquarters as the Director of Promotions and Secretary of Home Missions. Through his work as a minister, Joe traveled around the world and baptized thousands of people over the years. He was an amazing missionary and helped many receive the love of Jesus.

Joe loved the outdoors and in his younger years he enjoyed golfing. He was an avid landscaper and always maintained his own yard, just so it was done right. He also collected stamps and coins throughout his life. He liked to go to resell shops with his wife and then to Bob Evans every morning for breakfast.

Joe was as a real do-it-yourself kind of guy. He was very meticulous and a hard worker. He was very friendly and loved by all. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorial contributions may be made in Joe’s name to Kids Cancer Foundation.
