Cherished husband of Marilyn Sherwood; dear son of John William and Doris Sherwood; beloved father of Matt (Diane) Sherwood, Kurt Sherwood and Craig Sherwood; Loving and proud grandfather of Michael John Sherwood; dear brother of Dory (Steve) Dennis; dear son-in-law of Mary Timmerberg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. John was employed as a Sales Rep at Holophane Lighting. He was a member of the Air Force Reserves and Sts. Joachim & Ann Catholic Church.
