John D. Kern

 John D. Kern of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Pearl Darlene Sadler; dear son of the late Andrew and Anna Kern; devoted father of John Kern and Kathy (Glenn) Miller; loving grandfather of Ashley Miller McFadden, Jason Miller, and Josh Miller; cherished great-grandfather of Jacob and Hannah McFadden; treasured brother of Margaret (Bob) Harling, the late Andrew Kern, and the late Joseph Kern; dear brother-in-law of Vernell Kern; loving companion and dog, Kalli. John also survives many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
John was a member of the American Legion in Creve Coeur, Missouri. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
