Beloved husband of JoAnn (Johanna) Bethmann; loving son of the late Herman V. and Felicita (nee: Tayon) Bethmann; devoted father of David Bethmann (Mickey), Maria Cole (Steve), Nicholas Bethmann (Carolyn), Matthew Bethmann (Maxine), Catherine Kuester (Anthony) and Anthony Bethmann (Rhonda); dear brother of Margaret O'Connor, Mary Wright, Betty Elmendorf, Virginia Diermann, the late Joseph and William Bethmann; cherished grandfather of 11; dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Mr. Bethmann was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church. He was a good, generous and honest man and a life long farmer in St. Charles County.
