John Henry Blazek

The funeral home will forward to the appropriate contact. John Henry Blazek was born to John F. and Viola Blazek. He is preceded in death by his loving parents. Mr. Blazek was a mechanical Engineer and retired from McDonnell Douglas after 23 years. He was a Scout Master (Coverdell Troup), a member of St. Charles Presbyterian Church and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1953 to 1955. Mr. Blazek is survived by his dear wife, Bea Blazek of St. Charles, Missouri; three chidlren: John W. Blazek (Jeanetta) of St. Charles, Missouri, Jane Ann Gilman (John) of Corvallis, Oregon and Tom Blazek (Nancy) of Germany; a brother, Don Blazek and sister, Joyce Pietramale, both of Omaha, Nebraska; six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by one brother Duane Blazek.
