John Robert Patton, of Shelbyville, KY, formerly of St. Louis, MO, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at the age of 59. Loving husband of Stephanie Patton; beloved son of Lillian Patton and the late George S. Patton; devoted father of Jennifer (Michael) Ward, Jason Wanner, and Jackie (Dustin) Trautman; cherished grandfather of Joslin and Micaela Ward, and Lucas and Madalynn Trautman; and dear brother of George (Kathleen) Patton, Kathleen (Calvin) Weber, James (Teresa) Patton, Edward (Janet) Patton, and Thomas (Lisa) Patton.
John was a man with his own sense of humor, who was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
