John S. Keppel

Those wishing to honor John's memory may send memorial contributions in his name to St. Louis Children's Hospital. John Keppel, age 81, of St. Charles, Missouri, died Wednesday, January 20, 2010. Son of the late Ignatz and Anna Keppel, John was born on October 27, 1928, in Saint Louis, Missouri. John was married to his wife, Audrey Keppel on June 25, 1955 in Saint Louis, Missouri. John is survived by his wife, Audrey Keppel, Son, Michael (Laurie) Keppel of Saint Peters, Missouri, Daughter, Suzanne (Jasper) Engel of Saint Charles, Missouri, Son, John Paul Keppel of St. Charles, Missouri, Grandchildren, Meredith, Bradley, Jennifer, Christopher, Lauren, Katie, Kristin and Caryn, Brother, William Keppel. John was preceded in death by his infant daughter Kathleen Keppel. John was a beloved uncle, cousin and friend to many. John worked as a Supervisor at McDonnell Douglas for over 34 years and proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Studebaker Club.
