Loving husband of Diana O'Brien and the late Patricia O'Brien (nee: Bertel); beloved son of the late Henry and Sylvia O'Brien; devoted father of Susan (John) Aiello, Mary (Mike) McMahon, Karen (Bob) LeMere, John O'Brien, Jr., Anne (Allan) Fay, Patrick (Kirsty) O'Brien, Rob O'Brien, and James (Janet) O'Brien; cherished grandfather of Trish, Eric, Sarah, Jeff, Nick, Matt, Michael, George, Greg, Megan, Theresa, Michelle, James, Rob, Madeline, and Emily; treasured great-grandfather of Nathan, Nicole, Justin, Braden, Samantha, Zaiden, Torrey, Drake, and Miles; dear brother of Jim (Lynette) O'Brien and Mary Lou (Rich) Kreutzman; brother-in-law of Jeanne O'Brien; also survived by many friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Joseph O'Brien.
