John Smith Templeton

Memorials may be given to SSM Hospice. Beloved husband of Lois A. Templeton; loving father of John F. (Rose), Alan R. (Bonnie) and James E. Templeton; proud grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 10; uncle of many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by parents, John L. and Lena Templeton and brother, Robert Templeton. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked at McDonnell Douglas for 24 years where he was an instrument technician for the Mercury and Gemini Space Programs. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed painting, photography, woodcarving and traveling throughout the United States.
