Joseph Samuel Bottini

Joseph Samuel Bottini, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of 65 years to Patricia Ann Bottini; cherished son of the late Charles and Pearl Bottini; devoted father of Michael (Kim) Bottini, Joseph Bottini, Jr. and Tim (Patty) Bottini; loving grandfather of Joe (Makenna) Bottini, Alaina (Kyle) Baldwin, Dominic Bottini, Nicholas Bottini and Samuel Bottini; treasured great-grandfather of Rosalie, Mason and Emmalyn; dear brother of the late Caroline Heinrich.

Many knew him by Giuseppe Salvatore Vincenzo Bottini, and he was a proud Italian man. He worked as a route driver for Hostess for 30 years. Joe enjoyed sports with his kids when he was younger, and he worked as a coach for their teams. He also enjoyed grilling for his family and others at various community events.

Joe volunteered for the Knights of Columbus, Men of Beaumont as he graduated from Beaumont High School, and he was in the Italian American Club. With his wife he enjoyed going to the movies, watching sports, traveling, cruises and most of all, spending time with their grandchildren. Joe was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The family would like to extend their gratitude for the staff at Clarendale of St. Peters, who laughed with him, cared for him and loved him for the past 3 years.
