Joseph “Joe” P. Scaglione Sr.

Joseph “Joe” P. Scaglione Sr., of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at the age of 83. Cherished son of the late Dominick Scaglione and Frances Palazzolo. Devoted father of Joe (Jennifer) Scaglione, Jr., Donna Farrell, Dominic (Holly) Scaglione, and Christine (Noe Samano) Rallo; loving grandfather of Kristin (Gavin) Grillo, Daniel Patrick Farrell, Gabriella (Cody) McClanahan, Dominic Jacob Scaglione, Ava Scaglione, Jack Scaglione, Katie Scaglione, Taylor Onosko, and Cailin Onosko; treasured great-grandfather of Roman Brown, Dominic Grillo, and Rosalind McClanahan; dear brother of Phil (Patricia) Scaglione, Josephine (Joe) Consiglio, Anthony (Darlene) Scaglione, Paul (Joanne) Scaglione, Eleanor (Joe) Rynkowski, and Marie Beers; uncle, cousin, and dear friend to all.

Joe was a member and business agent for Teamsters Local #600 for over 38 years and a member of the O' Fallon Elks Lodge #2587. He was an avid sportsman who loved to spend time outdoors fishing, golfing, and hunting. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. Special thank you for the love, care, and compassion shown by his wonderful neighbors, April and Beth in the infusion department at St. Josephs West Hospital and the entire staff at SSM Cancer Center in Lake St. Louis. Joe was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
