Joseph Joe Schafer

Dearest son of Lena Schafer and the late Emmett Schafer; devoted father of Margaret ''Maggie'' Harden (Matthew), Kathryn ''Kathi'' Sherer (Timothy) and Matt Schafer (Jill); brother of Mike (Melba), Dan (Jackie), Jim (Carole) and Mary Meehan (Dave); cherished grandfather of Alyssa, Keisha (Matthew), Jessica, Timothy Jr., Samantha, Kaylee and Jake; great-grandfather of Katelynn. He retired from MEMC, after 35 years of employment in St. Peters, Missouri. He was the owner and operator of Ye Ole Country Store in Sullivan, Missouri for the past ten years.
