Mr. Pagano attended Mercy High School, and was an alumnus of University of Missouri – St. Louis, as well as Lindenwood University. He retired from the Missouri Air National Guard after 23 years of service as a Master Sergeant. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved golf, fishing, and hunting. For 30 years, he was employed by the Boeing Company as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources.
