Joyce N. Adkins

Joyce N. Adkins (nee Million), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024, at the age of 87. Loving wife of the late Lloyd H Adkins; beloved daughter of the late Eugene and Mildred Million; devoted mother of Jennifer (John) Hammann, Jeff "Buddy" (the late Denise L.) Adkins, and Lisa (the late John) Wilder; cherished grandmother of Michel Heuschele, David Adkins, and Shelia (Mike) Wedemeier; treasured great-grandmother of Alyssa, Evan, and Ellie; dear sister of David (Delores) Million; special aunt of Gayla (Jimmy) Allison; close cousin of Revah (the late Dave) Wallace; and is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Joyce is also preceded in death by her great-grandchild, Little Mikey Heuschele, and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Million and Myrna (Koy) Roberts.

Joyce proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed making art, especially painting, and sewing for her daughters. She embraced her grand-dogs and loved being around them. Joyce was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
