Joyce C. Tinker

Joyce C. Tinker (nee Creef), of Wright City, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at the age of 88. Beloved daughter of the late Alvin and Lizzie Creef; devoted mother of Michael (Connie) Tinker and Patricia Tinker; dear sister of Garnett and Gloria; cherished grandmother to Sara, Jessica, Timothy, Chris, Michael, Anthony, and great-grandmother to many. Joyce is also preceded in death by her sons, Denny R. and Danny Tinker.

Joyce worked at Walgreens where she was dedicated to her career as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed reading, working on crossword puzzles, and playing card games with her grandchildren. Her grandchildren were her life and Joyce lived to entertain them. Joyce grew up in North Carolina and she loved it there. She enjoyed traveling to see the mountains and the ocean. Joyce was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Joyce's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
