Joyce Haas

Joyce Haas (nee Lowe), age 79, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017. Beloved wife of 37 years to Daniel Louis Haas; loving daughter of the late Joseph Russell and Dolly Lowe; devoted mother of David Anthony (Lisa) Bertel and Virginia Marie “Ginger” (Richard) Hertsel; amazing grandmother of David Edwards (Michelle Conway), Rusty Kirkpatrick, David Bertel, Jr., and Michael Bertel; loving great-grandmother of Mikala Edwards; and dear sister of Joseph (Alice) Lowe and the late Geraldine Lowe. She is also survived by many beloved godchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Joyce was a longtime parishioner of St. Cletus Catholic Church, and was active with her prayer groups. She was a people person. Her heart and door were open to all. In her free time, Joyce enjoyed fishing, sewing, and spending time with her wonderful friends and family. She also enjoyed going to Grandma Get Away with her friends at the Lake of the Ozarks. She was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
