Joyce Mriz

Joyce J. Mriz (nee Hathhorn), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Vasil Mriz; cherished daughter of the late Ralph and Phyllis Hathhorn. Devoted mother of Penny (Tom) Hein and Tina (Chris) Benavides; loving grandmother of Erica Reinagel, Adam (Kaitlyn) Hein, Ian (Kerri) Benavides, and Cody Benavides; treasured great-grandmother of Emily Reinagel, Gavin Hein, Tanner Hein, and Quinn Hein; dear sister of Larry Hathhorn and the late Roger Hathhorn.

Joyce was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Joyce's name to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
