Talley, Joyce T., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, December 23, 2013 at the age of 73. Loving wife of David E. Talley; beloved daughter of the late William J. and Elsie Vollmer; devoted mother of Annette K. (John) Seabaugh, Pamela S. (Chris) Anderson, and Michael E. Talley; cherished grandmother of Crystal Sarpy, Christopher Seabaugh, Tara Seabaugh, Tiffany Seabaugh, James Anderson, Rebecca Lowe, Daniel Anderson, Nicholas Anderson, and Brandon Anderson; treasured great-grandmother of Kayla, Blake, Tiana, Tasia, Julian, Hayden, Zoe, and Koen; dear sister of Dalores Dickherber. She is preceded in death by her siblings Junior, Lorrainne, Leroy, Wilbert, and Norbert.
