Juanita M. Koenig

Juanita “Jay” Mathilda Wihelmina Koenig, 89, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, August 15, 2011 at the age of 89. Dear daughter of the late Otto and Olga Leimkuehler; loving wife of the late Clarence Koenig; devoted mother of Ralph (Karen) Koenig, Stephen (Debbie) Koenig, and Karl Koenig; cherished grandmother of 8, great-grandmother of 15, and great-great grandmother of 1; dear aunt of 2; dear sister of the late Otto Leimkuehler, the late Catherine Duvall and the late Eva Lill; good friend of Stacy Koenig. Juanita was also loved by many other friends, and was a cherished employee of Baue Funeral Homes. Juanita was unit secretary for St. Joseph Health Center for 20 years before she retired. In her spare time, she was a Cub Scouts Mother, an amazing cook and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary with St. John U.C.C. Memorials may be made to St. John U.C.C. Radio Fund.
