Judith E. Payne

Payne, Judith E., of Chesterfield, Missouri, died on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the age of 72. Devoted wife of late Robert Payne; devoted mother of Debbi (Rocky Stevens) Asmus; beloved grandmother of Heather (Jordan Jareo) Asmus and Elizabeth Asmus; loving sister of Barbara J. Michaels – Davis, Raymond E. Michaels and Charles E. Michael; dear sister-in-law of Lee Hanson, Becky Couvion, Delores Payne, Shirley Payne and Barbara Hanson-Bierman. Judith is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leo Sr. and Nellie Michaels, and brothers, Leo A. Michael, Jr., Rod J. Causey Michaels and William “Billy” K. Michaels. Judith was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wentzville and American Legion Auxiliary Post 122 in Warrenton. She was a very caring person and was loved by all, she will be greatly missed. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation.
