Judith A. “Judy” Judd (nee Noah), of Saint Louis, MO, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of 64 years to John R. Judd, Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Vivian L. Riley and Edward N. (Janet) Noah; devoted mother of Joseph "Joe" A. (Marcia "Marcy") Judd, the late John Barry Judd, and the late Terry Lynn Judd; loving grandmother of Cody (Siera) Judd, Joshua Judd, and Jacob Judd; dear sister of Norman (Betty) Noah, Richard (Pat) Noah, Linda (John) Stickrod, and three late brothers, Gene Birch, Bill Birch, and Mike Schroeder; treasured aunt, cousin, and friend to many. 

Judy was a dedicated businesswoman who owned His and Her Fashions on Main Street in Warrenton, and a was a skilled cosmetologist with over 22 years of experience. She later showcased her intelligence and adaptability by becoming a dental assistant, a career she excelled in for more than 22 years. A natural people person who never met a stranger, Judy loved dancing, listening to music, tending to her flower garden, and caring for animals. As a Tops Club leader in the 80s, she inspired others with her warmth and charisma. Judy will be remembered by her family as someone who could light up the room with her beauty, both inside and out. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Judy's name to the American Heart Association or the National Kidney Foundation
