Judith “Judy” Ann Millham (nee Gilmer), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020. Judy was born in Cape Girardeau, Mo in 1942 to the late Louis and Marietta Gilmer and lived in Chaffee, Mo until 1970.
Loving wife of Warren Millham; devoted mother of Denise (Edward) Quirk and Dawn (Steven) Baker; cherished grandmother of nine; Vinny, David, Anabelle, Michael, Lily, Angel, Kathy, Matthew, and Betty. She was dear sister of Linda Sue (Tommy) Little, the late Ronald Gilmer and Patricia Davis; Judy is an aunt, cousin, and a friend to many.
Warren and Judy met December 23, 1958 and were together ever since! They would have celebrated their 60
th wedding anniversary this coming September.
Judy was a friend to everyone she met. She had a loving and caring personality that was well known to all. Judy dedicated her time to helping others in many ways from volunteering at car shows, trivia nights and other social events.
She was involved with Creative Concepts for Living in a variety of aspects and was deeply passionate about whatever she was doing. From working as receptionist to being office assistant to working fundraising events and all parties. She was also a member of the O’Fallon Elks Lodge 2587 and the First St. Charles United Methodist Church. Although Judy was always committed to helping others, she would always put her family before anything else, especially her beloved Grandchildren that were her world.
Judy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
