Judith “Judy” Davis

Judith K. 'Judy' (Thompson) Davis of Troy, MO., formerly of Toronto Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday January 27, 2015 at the age of 79. Loving wife of 62 years to Jack Davis; beloved daughter of the late Charles F. and M. Joanna (Herron) Thompson; devoted mother of Christine (David) Franklin and Joanna (Roger) Jonas; mother-in-law of Tracie Davis; cherished grandmother of Christina (Gregory) Rice, Dave Franklin, Lee (Sarah) Schlueter, Brad Schlueter, Katie (Charles) Lancey, and John Davis; treasured great-grandmother of 8; loving step grandmother and step great-grandmother; dear sister of Thomas Thompson. She is preceded in death by her son John Charles Davis and her brother Charles Thompson.
Judith was a student of Toronto High School. She was an active member of her church and was the Past Worthy Marton of the Toronto, Ohio Chapter No. 215; and a member of Troy chapter No. 405 order of the Eastern Star and of the order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem. Judy enjoyed knitting and crocheting, and sharing them with everyone, she enjoyed traveling in their camper and singing in the church choir.
