Judy Mordis

Mordis, Judy, of Saint Ann, Missouri, died on Sunday, August 22, 2010 at the age of 67. Married to her best friend of 52 years, Lexie Mordis; dear daughter of the late Merriel C. and Mary A. Young; loving mother of Lisa (Shane) Seals, Daniel Mordis, Donald Mordis and Laurie (Jon) Moore; cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Larry) Kile, Donald Mordis, Jr., Melanie (Ian) Quinn, Rhiannon Moore, Jon Moore, Jr. and great-grandmother of Morgan Quinn and Bohdan Quinn; dear sister of Jacquetta (Jim) Wall, Gary Young, JoAnn (Rich) Wall, Joseph (Brenda) Young and Anna (Bryan) VanGilder; beloved aunt, cousin, sister-in-law and friend to many especially her Silver Wing Band and Hatfield McCoy’s circle of friends. She is preceded in death by her infant son, Lexie Mordis, Jr. and brother Leonard E. Young. She previously worked for Famous Barr, DDA and US Post Office. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation for the world class care given to Judy by all levels of Staff and Services of Missouri Baptist Hospital throughout all of her extensive visits. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wishes of The Family or American Lung Association.
