Julia P. Phillips

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to National Stroke Foundation, American Cancer Society Julia P. Phillips (nee: Gardner) was born to William T. and Frances Gardner in Cadiz, KY. She is preceded in death by her loving parents and by her dear husband Elbert Lawrence Phillips. Mrs. Phillips was a member of the First Baptist Church of O'Fallon MO. Mrs. Phillips is survived by two daughters: Marti ''Mary'' Cook of O'Fallon, MO and Gineth Gonzales of Springer, NM; a brother: William C. Gardner of Kansas City, MO and a sister: Mary F. Firestone of O'Fallon, MO; two grandchildren: Michael Cook and Kristen Malone; two great grandchildren: Christopher Cook and Megan Cook.
