Julie Barr

Julie Kay Barr, of Saint Louis, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at the age of 63. Belove wife of Lori Alexander; cherished daughter of the late Ernest C. and Marjorie Barr. Dear sister of Jacqueline (Gary) Greenberg.

Julie was a licensed therapist for many years providing therapy to children. She met the love of her life in 1998 at a comedy function where she taught laughter through therapy for children. Julie was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan, loved reading mysteries, enjoyed traveling all over the country and taking road trips. She proudly played clarinet in her high school band. More than anything, she loved her dogs Katie and Mandy, and her cat, Matilda. Julie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Julie's name to Alzheimer’s Association.
