She always looked forward to attending baseball games or gymnastics meets for her grandkids. She had a big heart and would give her all to everything she did, and she made sure it was always perfect, especially for her daughters. Karen loved the beach and loved to go on family trips to Destin Beach in Florida, Mexico, and Hawaii. She enjoyed maintaining her lawn, and she had the nicest looking yard on the street. She was a bit of a handywoman and enjoyed doing projects around her home and refinishing furniture. In her spare time, Karen liked doing puzzles or watching her favorite show, The Heart of Dixie. She also enjoyed sewing, crafts, and chocolate! Karen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorial contributions may be made in Karen's name to American Cancer Society.
